| Like all (or most) roleplay forums, there must be rules to keep everything in order. You must follow them or face the consequences! (Bwahaha...) I know it's a little long, but it's better to be safe than sorry! More rules may be added in the future.
1.) No god-modding, or anything like it This is annoying. You cannot just beat someone's RPC into a pulp without them having a say in it. If you want to kill a RPC, you must have their consent to do so. Please be fair when doing IC fights also. Don't keep dodging every single attack, you have to get hit sometime. I don't want any unreasonably powerful RPCs. Everyone has to have a weakness. There is also not to be any Mary-Sues/Gary-Stus. If you are told to change something in your RPC's profile, please do so or don't RP with us.
2.) There is no rating! That's right folks, there's no "Keep it PG13" or any of that. You can be as bloody and gory to your hearts content! But here's the catch: NO CYBERING IN THE FORUM. No one wants to see any of that stuff while they're role playing. Don't even take it to PMs, cybering is just wrong. You may hug, kiss, etc., but no going "below the belt!"
3.) Literacy and Creativity Literacy is a must! Make your posts easy to read/understandable, and no chat-speaking! Capitalize, punctuate, and spell everything correctly. I do not want to see: " -, *, <," etc... Post as if you're writing an essay for school (and actually trying to pass). I'm not really looking for 20+ paragraphs in each post (But that would be awesome! <3). Just try not to post any one-liners. The key to writing a paragraph is DETAILS. Instead of posting something like:
She kicked the rock.
You can add some more detail to make it turn out like:
As she walked down the path, she happened to look down to find a rock, which she kicked into the pond.
If you do post one-liners, it's alright. I won't bite off your head. Writer's block happens to everyone. Just don't post too many of those.
4.) Keep things realistic! Kind of self-explanatory. You if do something like fall off a cliff and land on the ground which is hundreds of feet down, you're either dead, unconscious, and/or injured.
5.) Respect Please respect all of the members of the forum. Admins and Mods, this goes for you too. If there is a problem, please talk to me about it. I would be happy to help.
6.) Activity Try to be active everyday. If you are going to be absent from the forum, please inform me ahead of time, with a reason. Also, before leaving, please post a reason why your RPC will be gone for a period of time, as to not leave the other RPers stuck until you come back.
7.) Entering/Exiting a topic To lessen some possible confusion, when your RPC is leaving a topic, please insert "Exit to (insert name here)" in brackets at the end of your post. When entering, place "Entering from ___" at the beginning of your post. This does not necessarily need to be in brackets as long as there is something like this in the post.
8.) To the other Admins and Mods: DO NOT abuse your power. Deleting/editing post or banning members when it is not needed is not allowed. Failure to obey this rule will result in a demotion, and/or a possible banning.
9.) You get what you kill: If you happen to kill one of a higher rank than you, then you get that rank. For example; if a genin single-handily kills an enemy jounin, then that genin automatically becomes a jounin. If a chuunin somehow kills the kage, then the chuunin is the new kage and rules over the village. HOWEVER, if a kage assassins another kage, then the victorious kage has the right to take over the dead kage's village. For example, if the Niwakage kills the Nissoukage, then the Niwakage can own both Kadangakure and Tenpigakure. Also, despite whether one kills or not, it is still up to the kage whether the shinobi is really ready to be promoted or not.
10.) To the regular members: DO NOT persistently annoy the admin or the other moderators about promoting you to be a mod! This is one of my greatest pet-peeves! Members are promoted to a higher status if they are active, reliable, follows the rules, etc... The more you bug someone to be a moderator, the less chance there is for you to become one since you fail to follow this rule!
*MOST OF THESE RULES APPLY TO ALL OF THE SITE. Failure to abide by the rules will result in receiving a few warnings. Break the rules too many times and you will be banned, with your RPC killed. If there are any questions, please contact me or any moderator via IM/PM/E-mail/Gaia.

| Kages: Can and Can't A little list of what kages can and cannot do
1.) They may run their village any way they wish. They are allowed to be the kindest human being ever, or the most merciless.
2.) They may promote/demote any shinobi in their village to any rank.
3.) They may make treaties with other villages if they wish.
4.) They may arrange the genin teams and post them here.
5.) They may assign missions to their shinobi.
6.) Members cannot have two kages. If you wish to be kage of another village, you must get rid of the one you already have.
7.) The kage may add/edit anything in their village if they wish.
8.) They may hold any kind of event at any time (festivals, competitions, etc...).
9.) The kage is allowed to retire and choose someone else to take his or her place.
