• Personality: Shentetsu can be described somewhat as a Sociopath. He's often seen acting in a crazy attitude talking to himself at times. He's also one to intimidate without intending to.
  
• Background: Growing up Shentetsu was always an outcast with his peers and family. Often he was treated as a freak, and made fun of and picked on. Not to long after he graduated his village's academy he developed his Bloodlust disease, which caused him to go insane when it first took effect and unwillingly he killed a group of Genin and Chunnin. As luck would have it the leader of a group of rouge ninja happened to be there to witness the event, and thus offered his hand to Shentetsu, which he gladly accepted.

• Weaponry: A series of different needles covered and tipped with different poisons and chemicals. He also carries a wide variety of knives hidden around his body tied to Chakra strings that he can use to whip them out nearly instantly.
  
• Abilities: While not having a Kekki Genkai, Shentetsu has an extreamly rare disease known as Bloodlust. The disease causes him to go into an insane fit when he tastes blood, and has been known that come into effect at the sight or smell of it. This effects his speed and strength, causing them to multiply quite a bit making him an extreamly fierce opponent.
