RPC Name: Hayaku Mizu

Age: 18

Gender: Male

Equipment: A side pack with 15 Kunai slots, a bag with 50 needle slots and 3 vials of poisons,
5 empty vials, a bag of special herbs and other ingredients,
and special gloves with metallic finger tips that have slots for needles to be inserted.

Clan: Hokousha

Bloodline: Enkai Ashi

Fighting Style: Mizu clan style gentle needle palm

Bio:
Hayaku grew up in the outskirts of the village of Suichuugakure with his clan.
He graduated the academy second in his class but he has always been the quickest
Of all ninjas his age.
He loves to work in a two or three man group but has no problem operating on solo
Stealth missions.
He holds the rank of Chunnin and mostly acts as a hunter ninja or mercenary,
Working mostly for the current kage.

* Appearance: Stands about 4'11'' With bright blonde hair held up in the tenpi headband he has a control panel where a warrior would usually wear a buckler. He also has a small tattoo on his cheek of the symbol for a positive charge +.

|| It's just me ||

* Personality: Sekkyoku Douhou is very Energetic and active, he loves to fight and get into touble costing his brother to enter situations that he doesnt like.
* Background:
Sekkyoku and Shoukyoku are two young brothers that use electricity and are very familiar wit how it works they reside in Tenpi. While their family has always been located on the outskirts of the town, the two young brothers were always roaming around showing off their talents. While they are very well behaved around adults they caused nothing but trouble with the other youth, the way they fought it would seem that they weren’t two brothers but more two parts of one whole Being.
While they are currently Chunnin they have no want or need to become a higher rank.

* Likes: Fighting
* Dislikes: Losing

* Weaponry: Using his control panel on his arm made by his dad Sekkyoku has a pouch on his left hip filled with small metallic orbs that have small symbols marked with the positive sign.

* Abilities: While knowing very few ninja abilitys Sekkyoku and his brother are very skilled with there electric fighting style which consists of small metallic balls and the charge that can be conducted between them.
* Known Techniques: Shadow Clone (about 3 max)

* Personality: Shoukyoku is very quiet and seems not to like to be the leader in most situations but as he gets encountered in a battle he seems to become allot more active and determined.
* Background:

* Name: Hyoujin senshu
* Age: 19
* DOB: Sep. 5th
* Rank: Jounin
* Village: Suichuugakure
* Appearance: Wears baggy black pants and a Black jacket with Purple Straps holding two slots to where arrows could be inserted.
He has Black hair med length and is about 5 ½ feet tall

|| It's just me ||

* Personality: Hyoujin is very noble and trustworthy, probably more then any other ninja.
While having a free creative mind he becomes completely selfless when it comes to protecting the ninja of his village and the ninja within.

* Background: Hyoujin grew up in the village of Suichuugakure and wouldn't have liked it any other way. he grew up as the older brother to one sister, a beautiful young girl whom was very outspoken for her size and skill and he loved her for this. He graduated from the academy at the age of ten which was when The new Umikage was elected.
When it came time for his graduation party nobody showed up so he made his was to the middle of town where a ceremonial Umikage greeting party was taking place. Hyoujin spotted the Umikage...
"He wont be so tough.... hes just a wrinkly old man." Hyoujin thought to himself taking out his bow and arching an arrow to hit the Umikage right in the chest. As he the the arrow fly he closed his eyes like he always did then opened his right eye slightly to see that the new Kage wasn't where he was the previous second.
Hyoujin then felt a tap on his shoulder a second later, it was the Umikage. whom laughed at who he though was going to be a skilled highly paid assassin.
After a few weeks of chores and favors for the Umikage they grew on each other Hyoujin would go on missions almost once a week for fun.
One day upon Hyoujin's return he received a message that his family moved away.
They left no way to get a hold of them and worst of all they took his sister...
He went threw terrible nightmares about what could be happening to his sister.
the only family he has is the Umikage and he wishes to someday find his family or at least his little sister...

* Likes: His Village
* Dislikes: All who mean harm to it.

* Weaponry: Bow and arrow stocks.
* Abilities: Hyoujin can form and bend water into shapes and crystallize it to stay in that formation. although it is hardened water it isn't ice and therefor doesn't melt.
* Known Techniques: Watter Translation (allows Hyoujin to disappear into a puddle as small as two feet wide and resurface in another body of water within 1-20 feet away.)

* Name: Shi’wa Seichuu
* Age: 16
* DOB: Sep. 9th
* Rank: Chunnin
* Village: Chikagakure
* Appearance: Shi’wa is a very beautiful young women standing at about 5'6, she has pitch black eyes with very dark black hair.
She has a scar below her left eye that looks to e causes by impact rather then a cut. Shi’wa wears blacks pants most of the time with a dark blue coat over a black undershirt.

* Personality: Shi’wa is a very nice person who cares about everyone she has ever become friends with.
She has little trust for anyone but once you are her friend she will risk her life to save you.

* Background: Shi’wa was born in Chiki as far as she knows… she cant remember anything form when she was a young child. The earliest memory she can remember is the person she knows as her mother was sitting next to her bed mending a wound she had on her arm. It took Shi’wa a long time to trust her new mother because she had no memories of her last one.

* Likes: Her friends and family

* Dislikes: Being alone or people staring at her scar.

* Weaponry: Shi’wa uses fist weapons that or metallic gloves with spikes on the end that are equipped with a small crossbow mechanism on the left hand that a roll of small rope can be tied to.

* Abilities: Shi’wa has the ability to bend what could only be described as “Shadows” she can form shadows in the air around her but only within about five feet of herself, she mainly uses them as shields and for defensive maneuvers but when it comes down to hand to hand combat she has many ways to use it for escape or just melee combat.
Her mother says that she has these abilities because she was so close to death that her heart must have stopped beating for many minutes before she came to which was very rare because Shi’wa had no outside help to her revival.

* Known Techniques: Other then her ability Shi’wa only knows the replacement Techniques and clone techniques but that doesn’t stop her from winning a fight.

* Name: Kaji Taka
* Age: 19
* DOB: Oct. 9th
* Rank: Kurokage
* Village: Chikagakure

* Appearance: Kaji Is 6 feet tall even. He has long black hair about 4 inches past his shoulders with a white streak coming down the left half of his hair which is common in his bloodline.
Kaji wears his special headband with a special symbol that is marked on every ninjas headband in Chika which is the symbol of hope.
While he can normally be found in a long white robe, he wears black pants and a white top half of a robe for combat.

* Personality: Kaji is a very respectful person who is very strict but very fair when it comes to discipline. Kaji is close friends with the Umikage of Suichuugakure and supplys ninjas to them when number are needed. He is very respected and loves to play with his Falcon Tsume whom is his spiritual guide (see clan/bloodline).

* Background: Kaji grew up with his clan and loved every member of it. he was born with a falcon as his spiritual guide that he named Tsume as soon as he was able to talk. It is said that a member of Kaji's clan can talk to there guide through there mind but nobody outside the clan knows.
Kaji grew his first years strictly with the members of his clan and looked up to and trained only with his brother Goro. One morning Kaji awoke to the sound of his mother crying.
"This cant be real!... Its not really happening"
She said in a distressed tone.
Kaji ran out of his room to see his mother crying with her head down on the kitchen table.
He then ran to the front door where he heard people talking.
From behind him he heard his mothers voice calling him but he didn't listen.
When he arrived at the front door his legs gave out at the image that was presented before him.
It was his brothers Corpse in a pool of blood with his eyes open staring a dead stare into the eyes of Kaji. There was a spear through his chest with a piece of paper on it reading "Stop Sending Children To A Mans Fight" He felt his head start to feel very light as his mother grasped him from behind and he past out in her arms.
Since that day it was Kaji Taka's Goal and dream to become high ranked in the village to kill the man that killed his brother and to stop the village from sending unfit ninjas to do heavy tasks.
When he was 18 and a Jounin he was elected to be the new Kurokage and graciously accepted, becoming the youngest Kurokage to ever guide the village.

* Likes: Guiding his village and seeing missions return successfully

* Dislikes: losing friends and village ninja.

* Weaponry: Kaji has the ability to shape dirt and rocks into shapes and infuse his special Falcons chakra and his own into the Object causing it to be a remote explosive at the desire of either Kaji or Tsume.

* Abilities: Kaji has the ability took look far into the distance with great detail and although this isn't really an ability Kaji has a Spiritual guide in the shape of a falcon which he can resize by using pure thought energy.

* Known Techniques: Clone, replacement, Headhunter, And a lot of Genjutsu.

* Name: Sukaro Inchiho
* Age: 27
* DOB: Sep. 9th
* Rank: Jounin
* Village: Chikagakure
* Appearance: Sukaro Is tall standing at about Six foot 2 inches tall and in slim for his height. He has black hair two inches past his shoulders and where’s a white muscle shirt with a black ribbon around his waist to keep the bottem of his shirt tight.
Sukaro wears black pants most of the time but can sometimes be found in all white as he likes to fit his nickname as the blessed angel.
He Also wields the eyes same as all the men in his family that are bright blue to the point were its impossible not to notice.

* Personality: Sukaro is a very caring person and loves to be around people who have extreme skill and use it for good. When Sukaro meets someone that has extreme skill he will usually make friends with them as soon as possible. Sukaro is well known in the village of Chika and most feel it as an honor to be friends with him as he has very few of them.

* Background: Sukaro was born in the village of Tenpi but soon moved to Chika with his family due to his father being charged for a crime. Once Sukaro’s family began to blend in with the normal crowd Sukaro was signed up for the ninja academy and passed with no problems. His sensei began to notice Sukaro doing medical ninjutsu on his own time, which wasn’t even taught at this stage of maturing, seeing this his sensei took up special classes with Sukaro to train him in the art of Medical ninjutsu. Soon after he began his training his skills were greatly tested, Sukaro was outside of the village walking around when he saw a lone man walking towards the entrance to the village. Sukaro began to walk away as this was no uncommon event as he heard a scream and turned to find the man in a slowly spreading pool of blood, Sukaro knew that this was his test and quickly ran over to the man examined his wounds. The mans throat had been gashed not instantly lethal but quickly heading that way. As he formed a few hand signs and began to bend the healing chakra into his wounds the mans wounds seemed to close as he began to breath more calmly. When the man woke up Sukaro was laying on the ground asleep under a nearby tree, the man stood up brushed himself off and began to write something on a piece of paper which he then stuck under Sukaro’s arm and began his decent into the village. When Sukaro woke up he quickly realized the man was gone and that there was a piece of paper under his forearm, it read.

Dear stranger,
“I am very happy you came along for the message I hold for the Kurokage is of great importance, little do you know you have just saved the Kurokage’s personal messenger and will be rewarded greatly, tonight you will go to the outskirts of Tenpi and search out a man that goes by the name of shukun karada tell him that the sleeping moon has sent you for the great teaching of life.”

Sukaro wasn’t sure about the directions before him but he followed them nonetheless. After he found the man he was told that he was in for great training that only three people have ever received and that the was the only one still alive of those three. After about a month of vigorous training Sukaro knew a great skill and was to return to his village and say he had been captured. As Sukaro returned to the village he was demanded to go to the Kurokage’s office. Sukaro talk to the Kage whom told him to never speak of the training he had received and to play it off as a bloodline technique. Sukaro to this day uses the technique and has not ever talked about the training he received to anyone accept the Kurokage himself.

* Likes: Using his unique ability.

* Dislikes: Being pestered by people about being a med. ninja

* Weaponry: Sukaro uses no weaponry other then a small dagger that he keeps with him at all times.
* Abilities: Sukaro was taught the ability jinsei-tonton. He can tranfer amounts of pain and actual physical wounds between two life forces. If both people are willing he can also take years of peoples lifeline and give them to andother person that is willing to take them.
Also Sukaro was born with special eyes that only the males in his family obtain: They Let him see the muscle tensions on anyone he pleases he can then see there muscles moving and tensing.
* Known Techniques: jinsei-tonton, Several Genjutsu.

· Name: Tsuriai, Shinsei
· Age: 14
· DOB: March 30
· Rank: Gennin
· Village: Arashigakure
· Appearance: Shinsei is five foot four inches tall with long
siver-blonde hair that she keeps in a ponytail most of the time.
Shinsei can always be found with a smile on her face under her
bright silver-blue eyes that are always wide with anticipation.
Shinsei wears a blue shirt with the right arm cut off and the left
sleeve reaching a little past her elbow, she wears short dark purple
shorts that nearly reach her knees in length.

Personality: Shinsei is a very kind young girl with a very easygoing
attitude. she has a very little amount of people on her "Hate List". Shinsei
lets her brother do most of the talking because he gets conversations
overwith and gets them to the point and Shinsei doesnt like to waste
time sitting around and talking to people when she could be out having fun.

Background: Shinsei was the second born of the two Tsuriai twins.
Some people say that right when Shinsei was born a rainbow began to
stretch across the endless storm of a sky sprouting a beutiful day that
was almost if not ever seen in the village of Arashi. Shinsei's brother is
her closest friend and she would do anything for him, they grew up together
and though they are only minutes apart in age Shinsei thinks of Insei as her
older brother. When these twins were very young they discoved they had an
"Ability" and tried best to keep it a secret except for those they deemed
trustworthy such as the Gufuukage and there mother whom was the lone
parent of the two. When there father died the Gufuukage was the closest
thing they had to a father and when they couldnt solve something they always
went to him when there mother wasn't available.

· Likes: Her family and friends, and making new friends
· Dislikes: Wasting time and suck ups or people that hit on her.

Weaponry: Shinsei uses a long blade that extends down her arm with a
gear mechanism on the elbow to allow bending, the end of this blade ends about
six two inches up her outstreched hand. when she pulls a switch under the main
blade, a series of blades fan out from the gear and make a shield that covers
about a three foot radius.

Abilities: Shinsei and her brother share the unique technique Kaihou no kon,
or soul release. This ability manifests itself slightly differently in each of the siblings
, in Shinsei's case it brings out the pure light of her soul which allows her to have
infinate amount of chakara while active. when this happens her eyes glow bright
white and so does he long hair. Shinsei becomes very fast and very agile while in
this form and can use many techniques that were invented that were never used
as for the chakara strain on most ninjas body's.

Known Techniques: Knows many genjutsu and soem ninjutsu(replacment,
basic bushin, transformation)
