"I was thinking more of a kunai bomb style firework." He said taking the tube from her. "That way the risk of the ice melting is dropped by a lot, and overall could prove a bit safer for the public." He examind the tube a bit. "How do you suppose we'd ignite it if we do it this way?"

"A kunai bomb? Now let me think..." Sayuri pondered over how she would make a firework that involved ice. She tapped her chin as she thought, until she finally snapped her finger, with an idea that had formed in her head.

"Oh, I know! I might have figured out a way to make one without actually igniting it with a match, but I can imagine it in a spherical shape though." the red head finally said after a moment of thought. She looked at her supply of powders and looked back at her team mate. "Though, I don't have the materials for it right now. I'll probably get to it in my free time."

"If you could give me a list of what's needed I can pick it up on my way to the park tonight, and give it to you in the morning." He said stretching. "I'll provide the ice show if we can pull this off." He said smirking cracking the knuckles in his one hand. "Or at least I can try." He said shrugging casually. "We can wait and do it for a finale, to give us both time to make sure we can set everything up right."

"And time so we can enjoy the festival ourselves." Sayuri added with a smile on her face. She was not planning on working on the fireworks all week, just tonight, since she only had a small part in it. Though, an ice show did sound great, and it was quite possible to create before the grand fanale, which will take place at the last night of the Winter Festival.

"Well, alright then. I'll get working on the plans and design tonight, and actually build it little by little, and show you the night before the last day." She took out the crumpled piece of paper she had out ealier, with everything on the list scribbled out. She flipped it over to the back side and began to write. "So, what are you going to do at the park tonight?"

"Train." He said putting his hands into his pockets as he looked at the sky. "I'm hoping to get that wind jutsu I used on Sensai earlier strong enough to cleanly cut through 50 solid ice statues." He said yawning. "I stayed there all night last night and managed to get through about 40." He smirked as he raised his bandaged hand. "Need to get the backlash of the attack to not push the sword into my hand to, or else eventually it might just cut it off."

"Train? Tonight? On the first night of the festival?" Sayuri asked before being showed the bandage that was wrapped around Otikaru's arm. An inaudible sigh escaped her lips as she shook her head at the fellow genin. "You know, Karu, you're always out training so hard. This week is the Winter Festival! Shouldn't you be saving up all of your energy to participate in the events? There are going to be a lot of contests, you know. You need to get your mind off of training for once!"

"True." He said yawning a little as he looked up at the sky. "I can hit 50 tonight if I worked hard enough." He said returning his gaze to his team mate. "But you're right. I'll stop training for the festival, and let my hand heal." He said giving her a smile. "But no promises on my participating in many of the festival events." He said with a slight laugh.

"Now what's the point of attending if you don't participate much?" Sayuri asked with her head slightly tilted to the side. The festival was full of many games and many contests, all in which cannot be played all in one night, even if someone tried. That was why it was held for about a week!

"But fine, as long as you enjoy the festival yourself. I hear that they're going to start off the night with a dango eating contest!" A small laugh escaped the konoichi's lips at the thought of the contest. There was no doubt that someone both she and Otikaru knew will enter and try to scarf down as much dango as they can, only to puke it all up later on after having a bit too much in such a short amount of time.

Speaking of Minato, right now he's looking at some random people who are setting up their firework display. The said random people are wondering if the boy is in the right mind >>. Then Minato saw Sayuri and Karu talking, next to Sayuri was her firework stuff and he jumped in glee.
He ran towards them and greeted, "Hey guys!"

"Well, I've always found it more entertaining to watch the people who participate in the events." he said laughing a little scratching the back of his head. "There's also never been much of a grab at my interest to participate in them." He siad shrugging. "But, who knows what'll come up this year."

"You know Minato." Karu said giving him a wave after hearing his other team mate greet them. "It's not smart to run up here at the moment." He siad shaking his head.

"Minato! Stop running around!" Sayuri demanded as she finally noticed their hyper-active team mate had joined them on the roof. What Otikaru told him was true, but Minato was probably not smart enough to know that he should not be running around in a place like this. The powders and explosives on the roof top are very easy to set off, so if the boy were to cause anything to be knocked over, the whole upper portion of the Academy would be gone in an instant. If Minato was not going to knock anything down, he just might end up falling off of the building, which Sayuri honestly preferred than blowing up the school.

Taking the firework that she handed to Otikaru earlier, the red-head wandered back to her little spot on the roof, where all of her creations were lined up on a stand next to each other. Twisted paper was sticking out of the back end of each of them, which was connected to a long rope that would be ignited to launch the fireworks into the air one by one.

"Well then." Karu said walking over and picking up the box he had with him earlier. "I believe I'll be heading home, I haven't slept in three days, and if I plan on surviving the gut of the festival, I think sleep will be very important." He said giving Minato and sayuri a wave. "Sayuri be careful, and Minato... Just don't be like you while you're up here." He said giving them each another wave before he jumped backwards off the roof, disappearing before he hit the ground.

"Oh my bad," Minato answered, starting to stop slowly until he stopped. "Fireworks are sooo cool Sayuri! Kay Karu byes....you didn't sleep for three days? Does that mean no sugar for me?" He asked but Karu already left.

"Hmm, I wonder what's in that box? Pocky? Yummy or dango!" Minato thought out loud.

The small red-head gave a nod to Minato as he slowly came to a halt from running around, the turned her head to Otikaru, who was just about to leave.

"See ya, Karu. Get plenty of rest, alright?" she said with a wave, and then the boy took his leave by jumping off of the roof. Show-off... (xD)

With him gone, Sayuri turned to her remaining team mate, who was wondering about the box Otikaru was carrying around. She nodded in agreement, for she too was curious about its contents. She highly doubted that Minato's guesses were going to be right, though. The box was far too big for dango or pocky. She shrugged, and finally spoke to Minato.

"Who knows, but speaking of dango, isn't there a dango eating contest tonight? You should probably hurry up and get out of here if my watch is right."
