Otikaru walked down the side of the river heading away from the heavily populated area. After coming to an area where no one was, with few trees he stopped and stretched for a second. "Perfect." He said taking off his jacket tossing it to the side, walking onto the river taking a deep breath. "Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu." He said forming a set of hand seals, making a row of around 50 water clones. "Step one's done." he said forming another set of hand seals, "Shimiru Hyouga Uindo no Jutsu" He said placing two fingers in front of his mouth, as he let out a deep breath, causing the Water Clones to freeze immediately. "Good." He said drawing his sword out placing his free hand on the flat side of the blade by the hilt. "Uindo Desugai no Jutsu." He said doing two diagonal slashes in mid air directed towards the clones, as they started to break into four parts. "Better then last time." He said counting 38 broken clones. "Still no there yet." He added starting the process over again.

Karu looked up at the sky. "Morning already." He said panting a little looking ahead of him, at the last batch of Clones he practiced on. "45... not bad." He said looking at his one hand, noticing a decent looking gash across the palm of his hand. "Damnit." He said walking over to his jacket taking out a roll of bandage tape. "I'll go see if Minota and Sayuri want are awake to go to breakfast." He said picking his jacket up after returning the tape starting to head towards the park gates.

Raiken lead his team into the park and stopped at a bench. It was beside the only cherry tree in the neighbourhood. He then nodded to his genin, signaling for them to stop. Before begining to speak he turned to examine his genin, a friendly face all the same. You wouldn't be able to tell he was sizing them up. A nerd, a quiet girl and a loner. What a team for him, mister high spirited. He however didn't show his unhappiness with them, rather he told them his name, " I'm Raiken, its a pleasure to meet you guys. You can call me what ever you like, of course only if its in context. " As he spoke he chose his words as to make a neutral basis for their first encounter. " I will expect to meet each of you here every morning exactly at five in the morning. I may or may not be on time, for I do perform side missions apart from with this squad. If i'm going ot be longer then an hour then you'll be free to do as you wish on that day. " He then turned and looked at the path. " Lets start with a basic lesson on basic teamwork. I will be going ahead of you, setting traps up at the training ground, and on the path from here to their. Your job is to not trigger these traps, for I'm sure you will find them highly uncomfortable. " And with this said, he threw a smoke grenade and disapeared. While about thirty meters away he used the Kage clone technique, all the while waiting nearby watching his genin squad and how they would react. His clones were then setting up all the traps.

Tayra blinked, nodding. "Yes, sensei..." She uttered, watching her teammates with interest. "So... What should we do...?" Tayra asked, to no one in particular. She blinked again as her bag squeaked again, and reached into it, pulling a dark purple and white puppet out. She gazed at it emotionlessly, but eventually a smile crossed her lips as she shoved it back into the crimson bag. The sweet, childish smile remained as she looked back to her teammates. Tayra said nothing, just smiled. Her hazel eyes sparkled, but showed no emotion whatsoever. The smile was all of the emotion she contained at the moment.

Kumon glared at the puff of smoke as their Sensei had vanished to set a few traps. He grunted and looked at the other two with a blank stare. "Well, if he hadn't mentioned that we weren't allowed to trigger the traps, I'd say that you should throw me ahead of us to make a safe path for the both of you...," he shrugged as he said this and sighed. "Howabout we start with names? It should make for an easier way of communication. My name is Kumon." He crossed his arms as he introduced himself to the others because he preferred not to make a formal handshake with either of them at the moment.

He took a glance at the path ahead of them, trying to make out any traps immediately placed at the entrance of their training ground. He didn't really notice anything and looked back at his teammates. Kumon slipped his arms behind his back and grew a bone that was pointed on either end in each hand and acted like he pulled it out a pocket. He brought his arms ack into view and nodded, letting them know he was prepared.

"Tayra," Her simple, soft voice stated as her name, and she watched Kumon closely. "Be careful, though. Headstrong ninja don't make it too far," The smile faded now, into a slight frown. "They die in the process." Tayra added, crossing her arms shyly across her chest and looking at the dirt, as if it were the most interesting thing she'd ever seen.

Tsyo grinned slightly. " You guys need to learn to be a little more enthusiastic about stuff. " He pushed his glasses further onto the arc of his nose. " I'm Tsyo. " He said with confidence. He leaned back and let his hands fall to his sides. " So, lets go, I suggest we go in side by side. That way we can scan ahead of us to a more proficient standard, resulting in us being more capable to spot traps. " He then nodded confidently. It should work, right?

Raiken sat watching as his clones set up the traps. The first ten were fake traps, but the genin shouldn't be able to make out the diference between a real one and fake one. Many wires were set out across the floor pathway, most would just make the bushes rustle, not being lethal. However there were a few sleeping powder traps, and one string would trigger the "alarm" and make his clones go after the team.

Tayra was silent, watching the trees with interest now. She said nothing, but she did reach into her bag and pull out a kunai, just in case. Her eyes flickered dangerously, the first emotion seen in her eyes since she met her team. She let out a sigh, absently running a hand through her brown hair. Tayra's attention remained on the trees, though. She let her teammates talk, and listened to them.

When Tsyo suggested they stay side-by-side, she shook her head. Didn't say a word, but her head shook from side-to-side in a 'no.'

Kumon gave Tsyo a nasty look at his suggestion for enthusiasm and changed his look to the path to keep from wanting to throw down with his teammate before they could even start on their training. "Side by side sounds a little risky. Besides, all we have to do is get to the end of the path. The most obvious way to get to the end would be to follow the path directly, but that's where the traps are." He looked back to Tsyo and Tayra and continued, "If I remember correctly, he never mentioned rules. On top of that, a ninja tries to keep from being noticed. A path is the perfect place to be spotted, but if we were to follow the path in the cover of trees on either side, we'd have cover and be assured that traps aren't around. Am I right?"

Tsyo gave him a glare as he turned away from him. " I don't like you... " He said as he held his glare. His htoughts were swirling with insults, but he held it back. " You can lead the way... " He said to him as he crossed his arms. He could tell this would be a long long time period, especialy training with two unemotional squad members. He then waited patiently, wondering what might happen. Mentaly, he was hoping Kumon would trigger a trap, and be exploded into chunks of flesh.

He gave Tsyo an odd look and commented, "That was fairly blatant..." He finished the look and returned to a more serious face. "Whether we like each other or not doesn't matter... We're a team and we just so happen to need teamwork to make it through this training session, so let's try, could we? The first thing we really need to work on is a tactic that we can all agree on, right?" He focused on the quiet Tayra at the time, trying to get her to pitch in with a few words.

Tayra didn't say anything at first, watching Tsyo with interest. "You two barely know each other... And yet you don't like him?" A small smile came across her lips. "How childish..." Tayra looked like she was about to laugh.

"I think... The trees will do well. But not only that. One of us should be along the path, but the other two can follow along in the trees. That way, should he have any ambushes, we'll have a backup plan..." She blinked and frowned as if she had said nothing important.

Tsyo remained silent at the comments of the two others. Great, he was the dumb one of the group. " I still think it would be safer for all of us to go together, sensei can probably pick us all off easily, and leaving one guy out in the op... Hey! I know!!! Why not just make clones!? " He said smiling to himself. All academy level ninja knew how to create illusionary clones, and though they weren't physical, they were still quite effective. " Yeah, lets go on the sidelines, while our clones walk along the path for us. Its so much easier, that way we can counter any ambush from our sensei, or we'll be able to hide from him and then keep moving. " He nodded grinning. Yeah, he was too smart for his age. Though he did expect a retort from the two, which probably had no idea how to perserve their chakra for a bushin.

Little did the genin know, Raiken was listening in on them, and as he did so, he only set fake traps along the road, and made all his bushins set traps in the trees. So much chakra consumption, but he would be able to sustain it. He'd had to use much more chakra, but he usualy didn't use so many bushin. He had at least forty bushin working on the pathway at that moment.

Kumon had a second-guessing look to Tayra's idea of splitting up a little, unsure of whether it'd be a good idea or not for the same reason Tsyo mentioned. At the sound of the plan for Bunshin, he perked up, adding to his explanation, "That would be a great idea, though I don't know if I can hold my chakra for jutsu of that sort. I can try, but it's a fat chance." He sighed and looked to Tsyo in a disappointed way. "You don't think either of you could make a clone transform as me, could you?" What he was asking was quite a hefty burden. To make and manage two clones and have one of the impersonate another person would take a bit of chakra, unless you had a significantly large amount, of course.

He started to explain to them his reasoning. "Look, I know it's a lot to ask, but my specific kind of jutsu requires a lot of chakra in reserves... I can vouch for your lack of chakra by defending both of you, if that's of any help." He couldn't have been any more sincere about his offer to make up for their missing chakra, but he guessed their response would be close to a 'Hell no' or a 'no way' or something along those lines.

Tayra looked quite amazed. "That... Sounds good, Tsyo-kun..." She smiled at him. "Kumon-kun, I-I might be able to help you. It's possible, that my puppet... If I use the right amount of chakra... That it could transform to look like you..." Tayra's shy voice and smiling, hyper face didn't match, but she seemed like she knew what she was talking about. "As long as I have someone to defend me, it's possible. I just can't fight much, while trying to keep the puppet under control, as well as my own clone..." She blinked repeatedly. She had come up with several cloning jutsus with her puppet, which would help quite a bit in situations such as this.
